"Dale came out and gave us an estimate a couple of years ago and as things go, we had to delay the project - replacing wood balusters with metal on a pretty big stairway, open hallway, and basement railing. Well, fast forward to the present. We had a bit of a price adjustment because of the time that passed, but nothing horrible. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
