"Contacted Hotchkiss Tree and Land Services to cut down three trees that were damaged and presented a hazard to fencing on my property. Hotchkiss was most responsive and professional in their response. Mr. Hotchkiss and his team arrived on time and provided an outstanding service that met an exceeded my expectations. Not only did he remove the damaged trees he also cleared out several other problematic saplings and left the premises in the best of conditions. "I found SNL Landscaping on Angie’s List and their reviews looked really good. I called the number and it was immediately answered by Beth. She promptly scheduled Scott to come walk the backyard to consult and give me an estimate. Fast forward to the appt., Scott showed up on-time and was able to come up with a great solution on the spot. He took measurements and later that night I had 2 different estimates for 2 different options we discussed. The estimate seemed fair for the work involved and we paid the half down deposit. His team then showed up on time at the appointed time and completed everything that same day. He sent me a picture midday to make sure I was happy with the progress and I decided to make a change. He didn’t flinch and made the change so that we were satisfied. His crew did a very good job cleaning up and Scott came back after we were gone from work to do a walk through. He let me know that if I had any problems with the sod he had installed to give him a call and he would come back and make it right (hard to come by that kind of customer service these days!). Overall, we were very pleased with the final results and with SNL Landscaping. We will definitely use them for any future landscaping needs we have!!"
