"The technician was very professional but I felt the repair was a bit dubious and very overpriced. My door hinge had pulled out of the wood on the door side. He simply put longer screws in the same holes the screws had pulled out of. I m worried the same thing will happen again as there s nothing to anchor them in. The entire thing took less than 10 minutes and he charged me $150. He did accommodate my schedule which is why I didn t say much, but please ask prices before you hire this company. I definitely had some sticker shock on what I feel was a slapdash repair."

The simple replace the trim & water damage fascia around the front window became a nightmare of water damaged wood more extensive areas connected to weightbearing boards. Gary showed us the problem and explained what needed to be done. With approval, he proceeded to perform a tricky repair using a jack to prevent the window failing. He is one of those guys who measures twice & cuts once. But he is dead on the money with reframing and adding extra support in that system so I am confident that he not only fixed the problem; he has prevented any major downstream problems. Another unexpected problem happened when Gary was going to fix a leak in our porch roof. What looked like a caulking job has turned into removal of water damGe stucco & trim to replace. But also he had to repair a bad roofing job where they cut shingles way back from side of house & did not put flashing. We found our same shingles at Beacon Building and Gary reshingled the area which was about 1/3 rd of porch size. He was so careful to rebuild the valley and cut shingles to perfectly match the pattern along with replacing flashing; tar paper ; and moisture barrier. He does what I call a triage of the problems and discusses his plan of attack with me. Then he methodically goes to work . Even after a long day on the ladder or scaffold; he always cleans up the area never leaving a mess. He is a polite, amiable young man who I find to be good hard-working man who is honest as day is long. We still have work going on but I go to sleep Thankful for this fine Handyman and plan more jobs in future where I only want him to do…."

"Charlie Rakosky is one of the nicest contractors/service providers that I have met in a very long time. He took the time to work with me to put together an itemized quote that my insurance agent would accept.  This was after I had gone to another painting/repair company who was either unwilling or unable to provide sufficient detail on their quote such that my insurance would sign off on
it.   We were able to schedule a date fairly quickly and everything went according to plan. I would definitely use 360 Painting

"Nice guys, Paint/Texture excellent and probably the best you'll find. Molding was beautifully done for the most part. When Supervisor Anthony was watching initially, it was a finely orchestrated art. But a 3 day job turned into 3 weeks. They did a lot of back and fourth, unorganized work shifting, and incomplete. If they offer to do a little extra for free, be aware you will be charged hourly fees for employees and material. It's very thoughtful, but not necessarily free. There were a few No Shows, then I asked when they were finishing, and received a harsh response. Then there were a few more postponed dates and the owner and the craftsman finally showed up. The owner kind of made light of the situation, asked the worker to finish, and left. The worker left soon after. Job left undone in several areas. Flooring: I was told workers had experienced with this type of flooring. When I asked the worker he said he had never done it before. There was a bounce along the step, loose and crooked tiles along the step, a bounce by the backdoor and it was glued down and bounced back up. All socket covers were removed at job start and left bare. While removing debris from the job the door was scratched and no one offered to fix it. The molding was incomplete in the hall at the door. Hole left in electrical socket that cover plate did not hide and was just left like that. Some minimal final painting left undone. The owner was supposed to return the next Monday for completion, but he postponed twice again and I threw in the towel. It was just too frustrating. Little things, but combined, significant. Had to hire another company to finish the floor, molding and final touch-up painting. The quality of the paint and molding was exceptional and deserves an A. The wall was a huge repair and it looks Beautiful. They were nice guys, just overwhelmed with jobs. I made the mistake of paying prior to the jobs end at the owners request and in my gut I knew not to do it, but I trusted him. I would recommend for Tape/Float/Texture and Paint, also molding and home construction, but not flooring. They charged me $3 less than Home Depot and I regret hiring them for flooring because it cost me several hundred more dollars in the end. I ONLY know my experience as per the LifeProof flooring. Nothing else. When the work is done, it is done well. And I feel my mistake was the early pay off, otherwise they would have completed the job and the rating would have been an A. I have four rentals being remodeled and I really wish I could have had the faith to contract with them. I just don't like things left undone, and I shouldn't have to beg for things to be done right. Life's too short. But overall, the good outweighs the bad, and the work that was done on walls was great."
