"We have live in Estacada and every time the wind blows it seems to knock out power at least for a little bit which made us concerned for our snakes and ourselves.  If the power goes out in the middle of a snow storm we would all freeze, even with camping gear we can't keep 10 or more snakes, salamanders, spiders, guinea pigs, a rabbit, dog and the humans warm.  So we wanted a wood stove.  About $700 for install, but Buck doesn't install he just sells the stoves and equipment and contracts out.  He does talk a lot and answers phones but he is running a business but keeping it personal.  In this day of cell phones and atms it's actually nice that he sits down and personally asks what we want.  He didn't try to sell us anything over what we wanted, except a blower fan and I am still not sold yet.  Great price, I budgeted $4000 but we didn't even tell him that until the end but he was spot on.   <br /> He knows his stuff so if you go into a shop where the guy selling you the fireplace looks like he is selling you a car turn to Buck.  From the second we walked in and were greeted I didn't feel it was fake or that we were going to get screwed out of a lot of money.  If you are too stuffy to like tattoos, colored hair or genuine people you should go find yourself a salesman who will sell you a top of the line piece of crap.  If you want a good priced stove and you don't want to be screwed out of money I strongly suggest you call Buck. <br />"

".  We accepted their proposal, they scheduled the install, then arrived on time on day promised, started work, performed all parts of the job in a professional and workmanlike manner.  The job was completed on schedule.  The same person who set the project up came back a few weeks after the installation to follow up and make sure everything was working as expected.  This company exceeded my expectations in all areas involved in this project including follow up and doing some minor work which improved the performance on a job I was already pleased with.  They provide 24 hour a day contacts for any problems and respond as promised.  They also provide a one year total satisfaction guarantee or they will remove the equipment and refund the entire bill.  This is in addition to the normal manufacturer's warranties on parts, labor, and all equipment. <br /> <br /> This is the best experience I have had in many years of remodel and upgrade projects on residential property."

"Bought an appliance from Lowes. They contract this company to do installation. Keith came out, said we needed an electrician to come and rewire due to wiring not being up to code. He recommended his friend Andres Vialpando. Ok fine and dandy. Purchased early February. Contacted Andres, he flaked on us twice. Finally got a hold of the guy and he came out March 4th, apt was for 10am-12pm, guy shows up at 2pm and does not leave till 11:15 PM. Finally got dishwasher installed yesterday March 8th after Keith had to fix the wall behind where dishwasher was to be installed, which cost us more money. Andres was supposed to have been here between 12pm-2pm today and didn't notify us till 4pm to come finish his job and get paid! Job is not done. This experience has been a comeplete nightmare. Lack of communication, lack of professionalism and lack of time management. If you're going to be late to your next job, the professional thing to do is call during the apt time made. Customers have busy schedules as well. Keith was very professional, however, next time we will hire an active licensed Electrician."

"It went beautifully from start to finish. Excellent product choices, and quot;cut aboveand quot; decor recommendations and complete satisfaction with his work. We consider Rafael a craftsman, rather than a carpenter. People often slow their vehicles to take in the beauty of our and quot;magicand quot; cottage -style home. We often recommend him as a qualified, detail-oriented builder.. <br />"

"They did a real good job. They were real professional. We can now open the garage door from the inside of the house and now it is so smooth that we have to check to see if we hit the button to open it or close it.  Before we used to know when it was opening or closing because it used to make a noise. It helps when you move to a city where you are new. "
