They were very professional to deal with and fit me into their busy schedule within 30 days in the middle of winter. It was a small project of 2-40 ft runs with downspouts at each end. They cleaned up after themselves and left no construction mess. Give them a chance. You will not regret it!"

Magnetic sweepers assured that no old roofing nails were left on the ground or in parking and walking areas. Advance warning to remove cars from garages before re-roofing to prevent damage by falling debris. Continuous work on the job till completed, except. Worked unit by unit, removing old roofing in the AM and completing deck and eave prep and new roofing installation before leaving in the evening, so as not to leave a bare roof deck overnight. Supplied several well-trained, efficient, safety-conscious, courteous crews. Thereafter, a separate crew replaced gutters and downspouts, extruding gutters on-site to precise length. Lyster did all detailed work required by the contract. Impressed me and the other board members. Our manager had used Lyster before to re-roof a similar one of his other properties and recommended Lyster."
