TG came in and fixed the roof plus tore out the old deck and replaced it...plus an addition to the deck and build a new roof for the deck. "We hired Santiago Construction of Boone, NC, to install stone fascia on our addition's foundation wall. We were not only pleased but completely satisfied with the end result. The picture shows the mortar joints were uniform in width, and the stone layout placement was like a piece of art. Francesco's, the mason who did the work, was a master. His attention to detail was incredibly impressive, as shown in the staggering of the stone end faces laid out vertically at the corners. He is old-school, a master at his work, and you could see his commitment as he worked each day diligently and professionally. It looks like a work of art, and we enjoy seeing it every day."

"Clay and Mike are awesome!! They did a wonderful job and I would recommend using them!! Very reasonable price and they made sure the work was done right!! They actually did extra things, such as pressure washed my back patio and painted the trim under my front porch to make their landscaping work pop!! I needed Joe and his son Tony on two occasions over the past two months.  Each time, I was met with friendly, on time service and very fair pricing.  Joe is very conscientious about doing a good job, and I like the chemistry he and his son have.  They work well together, fast and efficient.

Joe takes great pride in his work.  Of course, I'm in a rush to get things done, but after a particularly rainy weekend, Joe completed half my job one day and recommended that I wait two more days to let the bricks dry out as the humidity and moisture in the bricks were making the job look presentable but not right.  Joe wanted to do it right, which I respect.
