First impressions of the company were positive during several calls to the office to setup the appointment.  I received a reminder call a day before to confirm that the appointment still worked for me.  The tech, Jason, called me an hour prior and asked if he could stop by earlier, no problem.  Arrived promptly, truck clean, in good condition, well organized.  He listened to my description of the problem, then spent time troubleshooting.  Once he figured out the issue, he clearly communicated what was wrong and the options to repair it, entertaining all of my questions.  Received a quote to do the repair and an expectation of when and how long it would take.

This is the first time I needed work to be done on my furnace, in 10 years or so, and I did not have a contractor prior to this.  I will call Brandon again next year for a full furnace inspection, very happy with this first experience.

"I am very, very pleased with the services of All County Drainage Contractors. I needed to have my kitchen sink unclogged and I was concerned about an interruption in hot water to my bathtub. I thought the problem was in the tub plumbing -- but turns out it wasn't. I had even purchased a new tub/shower kit! All County clearly explained I didn't need the kit; assured me that mine was sound, and they showed me the cause of the problem -- the water heater setting -- which was corrected at no cost. I want to bring my laundry room from the basement to the main floor. All County will be my plumber of choice once I figure out what I need! I trust their work and their advice!"
