"These guys are absolutely fantastic! Upfront, educational, and personable. My only holdback on a 5 star rating was that I tried to schedule online since it was a Saturday and not an emergency. When I hadn't heard anything by noon on the next business day, I called and talked to Crystal. She was polite and friendly, but could not find a record of my submission. I received a confirmation stating "a representative will be getting back to you shortly". A NICE FEATURE THAT, UNFORTUNATELY, DOES NOT WORK!!"

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"I read the reviews. This was our first time calling Darren Smith. I called early and explained the dryer problem-- heating but not drying. His schedule worked-out such that he came later the same morning. He couresty called when on his way to our house. He took about 15 minutes to assess the problem with our dryer. He turned on the dryer. First, in the basement, he checked the dryer vent duct for condensation and the end where it opens to outside. No air coming out at end and condensation along vent (several droplets of water on basement floor.) It seems vent has a major clog. Dryer working/heating fine. Darren was great. He explained running the dryer would probably blow the circuit inside the dryer. Darren referred us to Dryer Vent Wizard. We set up an appointment. We won't run the dryer until vent is cleaned/repaired. Lastly, Darren deferred his service fee and only charged us for just his gas. We will definitely use Darren Smith here-on-out for our applicance repair. He was honest, professional and personable. Thanks."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
