"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"We purchased a Big Deal for $129 (only to find the same deal on Service Alley for $114).  We had the same experience others seemed to have had. The first thing they did was to show us the mold in our system and try to sell us mold and bacteria cleaning for $295.  We refused that when my wife did a fast search online and found that the claims for mold and mildew removal were dubious. They then proceeded to shove a hose down several vents on the first floor, cleaned the exhaust vents in the bathrooms without taking the covers off, and telling me my dryer vent didn't need cleaning. After they left I realized they never did the second floor, and what they did on the first floor was cursory at best.  I called Angie's List afterwards and suggested they do a better job of checking out service providers for Big Deals.  It's interesting that they evidently were "A" rated before the Big Deal, but are now "C" rated."
