Asphalt breaking and cracking. 6 months later they came out and looked at it. All they offered was to spray more sealer. My driveway was installed on 7/7/2020. So, in 2 years my driveway has the appearance of a heavily used interstate and is crumbling, cracking, and falling apart. A lot of money for a very bad job. I should have reviewed other companies. Expensive Lesson learned"

They came back as promised and fixed it for a fair price and also left me some extra tiles for next time. Yes, you can find less expensive roofers, but they are dependable, qualified and fair."

With routine maintenance, a new residential asphalt driveway can last 15 to 20 years. In regions with heavy rain or freeze-thaw cycles, plan on extra maintenance to hit the upper end of that range.
