Robbie and his assistant were here promptly at the agreed upon time, looked at my issue and knew right away what the issue was. He said he could probably be here the next day or he could schedule me for the day after next. I was not really concerned when they came, I was just happy they could be here quickly. We agreed on the day after next, his crew arrived on time and completed the job. The agreed price was only $25 above what a service charge would be and that included the part and labor.
