"They remove the old tub/shower put in new drain line and replaces all old water lines to shower. Then installed new walkin shower all in 8 hrs."

"Excellent. The difference between the old drafty windows and the new ones is amazing. I haven't had to have a space heater running all night. I can't wait to see what the difference will be on my utility bills this winter and summer. Plus can have windows open in the summer now because my old ones didn't even have screens.

I flip houses and do remodeling for a living and have done business with the owner in the past. Always professional and even came by during the installation to check on the progress and quality. I will continue to use Windows Direct of Cincinnati in all of my future progects and highly recommend them. I have recommend them to friends, neighbors, and other contractors also."

"Installers did an excellent job job and am very pleased with the shower. Replaced our shower in 5 hours and redid the water pipes inside the wall. Put covering on all the floors they walked on."

"Had them come out and give me a price. They were very professional and did an excellent job on my shower. Thank you!! Would recommend to anyone who needs a shower!!!"

"Maeser did a great job installing a new ac unit and thermostat. Job was done quicker than expected as well and the guys that did the work were very friendly and helpful. I'll look to their services again when needed. A+"

"I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They cam within a day of when I called, assessed and fixed one problem, installed a new water heater the same day, and returned the next day to install new pipes above the water heater. The plumbers were polite, professional, and explained clearly what they were doing. Pricing was very reasonable and I also have a yearly service contract. Office personnel were also friendly and knowledgeable. Will only use them from now on."

"Had a shower/tub replaced with new fixtures and acrylic walls. I was kept informed through out the process. Installers were prompt on arrival and did a great job with removal and replacement. Great Experience!"

"We had them to do two bathtub and shower replacements. Very reasonable pricing. Rafael and his crew were very kind and personable. We are happy with our new tub and showers. Thank you for doing the job. Will call them for any further jobs we have."
