"Hilario is a very thoughtful person and very mindful of his customers and business. During the estimate he advised us of our options and we settled on what was to be done. He gave us a start date and his guys showed up on time on the date we were told. Cleaning and preparations of the plaster service were completed on that day. Hilario was either on the job or in contact with us every day to lead us through the process. He kept us up to date on each step. We actually changed our minds about which surface we wanted in our pool and he made the change immediately without any time changes to the schedule. During the last step we decided we wanted to replace our fiber optic pool light with something more modern. Hilario told us if our options and helped us decide what would work the best for our pool. Hilario actually did the light replacement himself and did a great job installing the our new LED pool light. The new light is programmable so he ran is through the instructions. This guy is really on the ball and treated us great by keeping in touch during each step. My wife is picky and she even said he did a great job for a very reasonable price. When we had other companies here for estimates they tried to gouge us for every little thing. I hate that kind of treatment. Hilario still keeps in touch asking how everything is going with his work. I would definitely hire him again."

"Front and back lawn was aerated about two days after a shower. Fertilizer was applied after the aeration and my lawn has never looked this good. The aeration allowed the moisture and fertilizer to penetrate down to the roots where it has never been able to reach before. I am very pleased with the service and plan to have it done again in a year or so.

"They always call to ask which day is most convenient. They do the work and put the bill in the door when they leave. He has always done a good job, he is always on time and he has never missed an appointment. The pricing is very reasonable and they do a great job for me."

"Ruiz and his crew are awesome! They were prompt, extremely nice, perfectionists and knowledgeable about planting. Ruiz has great ideas for landscaping design, and I am thrilled with how beautifully our landscaping turned out. I highly recommend them!"

"The 9 inches of rain from remnants of Patricia gave it the ultimate test and it performed beautifully. Whereas minor rain events caused ponding before, with the new drainage there was barely any standing water even as these heavy rains were ongoing.
The sprinkler system was trickier to fix than anticipated since a previous contractor had accidentally cut the electric lines between the nozzles. Rob and his crew were able to get everything back into working order.
Tree trimming also was handled professionally, as Rob carefully identified which branches needed trimming so as to let in sufficient light for the grass while maintaining the health of the tree.

"ArborTrue is a wonderful company. Last year Brad Phillips inspected my old river birch. Heat stressed. I did exactly what he told me to do. Responded beautifully! This year he had to come back out. City dug a trench on the other side of the fence for a huge natural gas pipeline. It sealed its fate as it was near the end of its city life. Brad sent Fabian, Joel and Anthony out in about a week as a new fence install was about to happen! Fascinating to watch. Very professional and so careful in this dangerous job. Cleaned job site well. Avoided hurting equipment like AC’s etc. I would highly recommend this company. Exceeded my expectations and would not hesitate to recommend to my friends."

"Mr. Patrick was easy to contact by phone. He went to our house while we were at work to view our yard and create an estimate, which included the cost of mulch. On the day of service, he was prompt, arriving earlier than expected and beginning work without even ringing the doorbell. He worked alone and VERY hard at bagging leaves/acorns. However, there was misunderstanding during which he initially didn't intend to include mowing/edging into our "yard clean-up" - however he "reviewed his notes" and later performed these services. He worked tirelessly from about 8 to 6 PM, taking only one lunch breach during which time he ran to the store and bought additional mulch for the beds. Because the job took more effort than expected, we were unexpectedly (but politely) charged an additional $100 at the end of the day. When finished, he drove off without saying goodbye, although I had intended to talk to him about continuing his services with weekly yard maintenance.
But be warned! About one month later, while mowing our lawn, my husband was approached by a passerby. This man said that he had been walking by our house on the day Mr. Patrick performed our lawn service and was hired on the spot to help with the yard. Because we were inside during most of the day, we didn't notice the additional worker. While I agree that our yard was a big job, I'm a little uncomfortable that Mr. Patrick invited a stranger into our back yard. He never mentioned it to us. Is this standard practice?
Overall, Mr. Patrick was a very hard worker whose prices may be a bit higher than others. I don't know that he weeded under the new mulch, but the yard looked great after his service. Although he was easy to reach by phone, I found that communication was a little difficult. His leaving unannounced was a little weird, as was his hiring a stranger off the street to help with the job. I was pleased with the end result but definitely plan to look elsewhere for yard maintenance.
