The lady in the store was very nice and easy to work with figuring out our install time and dates over the phone. The removal of old carpet and installation of new vinyl seemed to go very smoothly. The guys were efficient and worked well. I can't think of their names now, two younger guys.  They didn't damage the thin baseboards at all either in removing or reinstalling.
