"Jodi was the only contractor to be prompt and detailed with his bid. All others talked vaguely about what they were going to do (maybe to add money later on?) or just didn't come back because maybe it was above their skill level? He was also the only one who could accurately describe the expected water damage and what could happen during the repair process. There were some bumps in the road with a worker of his who did not correctly rebuild some areas. Jodi recognized this before I had to say anything and he promised to make it right. Because of the rework he had to do, it added cost to the job but he did not pass those charges along to me. He stayed at his bid price, cutting into his own profits, and he did everything perfect. When materials were on site, work was done quickly. The special order windows had some issues with Lowes but even they took care of it.

I went to Angie's list to find a reputable contractor because I needed to spend this kind of money once and get it done right. "We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."
