"Julio came out the day after he contacted me and gave me an estimate for my house. It was a fair price for the work I needed done. After agreeing to the offer he was able to start the job the following day. Juan did the majority of the work and was very pleasant and did a good job. I am very pleased with the work. The work consisted of removing rotted clapboard and sheathing. Install new sheathing and clapboard, chalk seams and removing all debris. I agreed to do the painting myself seeing that I have the time to do it and will add pictures when I finish."
