"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Couldn’t have asked for a better experience than what we got from Mighty Dog roofing. We had hurricane damage to our roof and the response we got was awesome. They were there same day to tarp the roof and prevent any further damage. Then working with Cameron was like working with family. He was there for us every step of the process from deciding shingles all the way through the install. Took just over 1 day for them to remove and install and you couldn’t tell they were there after completion. We bought the house new and the roof looks better than it did the day we bought it. I walked the yard to ensure there were no nails or debris left that my kids or animals would find and was pleased to not be able to find anything. "He was awesome.  He called back, but he was working in Reed field, North Carolina and he could not get to us for a couple of days.  By the time, he got to us we had already gotten the other estimates, and we were pleased with him.  Hampton guy was great.  He was really quick to get back to us, but he had other projects that he had already lined up.  The experience was very satisfactory.  He was very courteous, and prompt.  He was very honest in saying that he cannot get to us, and if we needed to have this work done now, then we need to have to get somebody else.  I appreciated that."
