"The salesman was kind and knowledgable. He showed me materials, explained ventilation, and looked in the attic and at each of my areas of concern. The details were written on a one page checklist document which streamlined my job and helped me follow that items were done as described. I was able to schedule the work after my funds were released from a CD at the bank - it was within a short time after making my downpayment on the work. All details were completed before my final check was written. The head guy on the team was kind, skilled, and had a good sense of humor. Stressors for me - small glitches or adding to the project - were handled. I speak Spanish however was not confident of the communication when the leader was not on site. "after  getting all the parts we gave him a call and he gave us a date one week from the day we called.
On the installation day he and his plumber arrived promptly .  After making sure his worker fully understood all to be done, Joe left.
His plumber, Ron, was very professional , knowledgeable , quick and pleasant to have around. 
Due to the original piping in our home being a bit difficult to adapt to the new fixtures, Ron had to return the next morning.  Again he was prompt and Joe came by a bit later also to make sure everything was going smoothly. The job was done in a day and a half to our great satisfaction.
The next day Joe stopped by to make sure everything was still working properly and we were totally satisfied with the work performed 
We plan on having JK perform more jobs for us in the future as the service was great and the pricing was great also.

"The handyman came and did a neat and efficient job of removing the existing pedestal sink in the bathroom. He then made me aware of the fact the vanity I purchased to replace the pedestal sink was not in line with the plumbing and that the installation would require a plumber. MPO and I (via email) discussed the options and I decided to use my own plumber (there was a rather major event in the wall). The vanity was installed by the plumber, who did not replace baseboards. I contacted MPO to ask if the handyman could return and replace the baseboards. He did that today and he did it very well. And although the job was not what I planned it to be, I would use MPO again for these reasons: very responsive, dependable, clean and I was left with the overall impression that I could trust this company.
