"I hired Legendary after getting 4 estimates for a list of items I needed done. Allen came in and offered a plan, not just an estimate. I really appreciated Allen taking the time to explain not only what he would do but why. He listened to my wants and concerns, offered his professional opinions, and we ultimately came up with not only what I wanted but what we needed. For example: We had problem with a muddy side yard whenever it rained. We wanted a stone walkway. Allen explained just putting the walkway there would not solve the problem and a french drain was needed. He was able to tie it in with the existing drainage we have. My wife wanted new foundation plants/shrubs. Allen made suggestions. At the same time my wife and I looked at some of the recently built homes around and really liked some of the plants used. We got with Allen shared a list of what we liked and he came up with a plan without adding to the cost.
