"Larry came out to look at the job of a basement remodel and immediately noticed the beam issue before we said anything. We decided at this time to just fix the support structure. We eventually want a wall under one beam but we wanted to leave the other part of the room open. Larry came out and used jacks to straighten out the beams and then built a wall under the one beam that will be finished in a future job and then braced and supported the open beam.He used an LVL beam the proper size and length and built up the column to make the house sound again. Very knowledgeable and we would highly recommend Lar-Con."

"The work was done by a very professional crew, and the price was extremely reasonable. We were quoted a price for a smaller job by another (supposedly reputable) company, but they didn't produce. So when Ty and Armando gave me a quote for less money, I was at first skeptical. But when they told me what they would do for me, and the price was lower than the other company wanted for the bare minimum, I quickly agreed. The bathroom was Completely remodeled, including extra touches nobody would have thought about, and I was amazed. "We were very please after our kitchen renovations were done but we did not consent to pictures of our kitchen being placed on line. Within the 3-year warranty, we had to contact Pedro, the owner several times concerning a pipe under the sink that was leaking and the microwave vent. After the three-year warranty was up, he was non-responsive. We left several messages on the companies’ voicemail and sent numerous emails concerning installation of new appliances. During the process of having new appliances installed, Lowe’s informed us, that our water line was not up to code and the microwave was not measured correctly. Therefore, as a result of the waterline not being up to code, the refrigerator and dishwasher could not be installed. I do not recommend doing business with Hdez Cabinets. Thanks TR"

Mr. Miller did a great job staining and keeping me informed of his progress through sending pictures and calling me. "This is the second time that Raven has done work for me and I was very pleased with the overall quality of the work. The only ding which isn't a major one was that Raven replaced some rotten wood around the door area and the old wood was left on site and was not thrown away. Again, nothing major and it could have simply been a result of it being a long day. The overall work was still very impressive."
