Explained the difference between ejector and sump pump, making it easy for me to say replace the pump with a sump pump because it is just furnace condensate and softener water, nothing with solids. "Air duct cleaning went very well. Face bowl faucet not repaired. It was suggested that I buy new parts totaling over$400. I just wanted a stopper replaced and a leak stopped. Not totally satisfied. Furnace tune-up and water heater check is set up for appointment next month."
