Steve Small was very responsive. They were able to start the work the day after. They cut out sections of wet dry wall, removed baseboards, preventative spray for mold, and set fans. John Harvey provided estimates for installing/repairing the drywall and baseboards and repainting. They came back later to complete that work. Work was very high quality. If you haven't done drywall patching in the past, unfortunately, it is not a one day process. Joe came out numerous times to make sure the job was done right and did not rush.
