"We worked with John to have our windows and siding replaced on our home. It was the best customer service experience we have ever had. John was in constant contact with us throughout the project to ensure we had no unanswered questions or issues. His crew was professional and efficient. In addition to quality work, they also did an excellent job of cleanup, during, and at completion of the project. I appreciate not only the quality of work but how thoroughly clean they left my property. I've had a few roofs done in the past and believe me it was never as worry free as this experience. I would highly suggest hiring Franos Roofing for your next Roofing, Siding or Gutter job! Amazing job Arek! Thank you for your services! I will definitely use and refer your company again."

"In May 2020, A&D Exteriors completed 2 large projects for my wife and I: 1) they replaced our asphalt shingle roof, and 2) they installed vinyl siding to replace our cedar siding. We are extremely pleased with how both projects turned out! Kevin Kowalski was the project manager for both projects, and he was a pleasure to work with. He came to our house to evaluate what we wanted done, and he emailed us detailed proposals for each project. The prices were very competitive, and we signed the proposals to move forward. From start to finish, Kevin kept us informed about the status of things, and he always answered our questions promptly. A&D Exteriors also has a designer, Heidi, and she came out to give us her ideas, including helping us choose colors. The roof replacement was done first, and it was completed in 1 day. Eugene was the foreman of a large crew of 7. They came at 7:30am and were done at 3:30pm. Importantly, the crew did a terrific job of cleaning up. Something we particularly liked was that they didn’t put a fixed dumpster in our driveway, they used a dump trailer on wheels to avoid doing damage to the driveway. The dump trailer was dropped off the night before, and was taken away the same day after the roof replacement was finished. The siding project was next, and Arthur was the foreman of a crew of 2. The 2 of them did an amazing job putting up the vinyl Board and Batten vertical siding and the LP SmartSide engineered wood trim to closely match the existing look of our Tudor style house. The work was completed in 4.5 days, and the house looks great! They also did a thorough job of cleaning up. We give A&D Exteriors our highest recommendation!"

"Quick initial response... quick to schedule estimate... was able to do repair at time of estimate for a very reasonable price!!"

"We had an eleven year old cedar deck that needed sanding and restaining as well as replacing some rotting boards. We received several estimates for the work and Minquiz Construction came in with a quote that was very reasonable. We are so glad we chose them to do the job. Angel is a craftsman. Our deck stairs had an interesting design and Angel replicated that design and it actually looks better than it did originally. He ended up having to put several coats of stain on the base and he worked on it until it was perfect. We would definitely use Minquiz again."
