"Excellent. I contacted Lou through Angis's list and he called me within 24 hours to set up a date to give me an estimate on the work that needed to be done. He arrived on time and looked over the work that needed to be done. He said he would e-mail me an estimate for the work which he did a couple of days later. I felt it was a fair price and told him he had the job. On Friday Lou was right on time and completed the work the same day and also removed all the old pipes and cleaned up the work are. I'm very satisfied with Lou's work and will use him again if I have any plumbing issues."

"Uncle Wayne provided us with great service: timely communications, responsive to our scheduling needs, personable, thoughtful and organized, resolved several issues with the fan unit itself and vent installation (thru the wall to the house exterior), which we were very happy about. He also went beyond our expectations by working late to complete the job in one visit. He had some difficulting performing the final vent ductwork, which he indicated during the job that it was not his strong suit. We would hire him again depending on the work that needed done."

"The work was done in one day. The plumber's assistants arrived early on the scheduled morning and were done by the early afternoon. The work was handled professionally and courteously. The crew cleaned up after themselves. The assistant in charge installed approximately 22 feet or baseboard heat, tested the system and installed an additional thermostat. The crew had to cut the shingles off the bottom of the wall in order to bring the necessary pipes into the room. They entered through the basement, cutting a small and very neat portion of the finished basement ceiling in order to access the room  All care was taken to prevent damage to the basement ceilings and walls. <br />"
