And they never kept to the schedule. They use a variety of subcontractors - who they try to blame for everything. They also left a large oil spill from one of their vehicles. If it's important to you, have them put it in the contract. Never rely on oral promises or the sales pitch from this business. Even if they say something is standard, have them put it in the contract. And check the work regularly to make sure they actually fulfilled their obligations. Passing an inspection and fulfilling a contract are two different things. "
