The new windows are very attractive, are well insulated, and have dramatically cut down the traffic noise from the street. The installation was remarkably quick and efficient. The installers cleaned everything up and I am pleased with the process. They were very responsive to my emails. The only complaint I have is that some of the communication with them was not as clear and timely as I would have liked. I felt as though some things were left for me to ask about rather than anticipating my questions and concerns and addressing them before I became anxious.
