"I recently hired Perfect Wood Flooring to remove my carpet and install hardwood flooring that perfectly matched the existing floors in the adjoining room. From start to finish, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their communication was excellent—they stayed in touch throughout the process and were incredibly patient when I experienced delays receiving the product from my local supplier. Once the materials arrived, they scheduled the installation for the very next day. The results are stunning! The new flooring blends seamlessly with the old, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The team was efficient, worked diligently, and completed the job at a very competitive price. For anyone nervous about choosing the right company for this kind of project, I can confidently say you won’t regret going with Perfect Wood Flooring. I highly recommend them! I only wish I had made the switch to hardwood floors sooner!"

"

Garry's company worked with me about a year ago through a replacement of carpet on stairs and a loft with hardwood to match my existing hardwood..  I also replaced carpet in 3 bedrooms.  Garry personally worked with me on the carpet selection and I have been absolutely satisfied with the carpet he recommended and it's installation.

The replacement of the carpet with hardwood on the stairs required subflooring to be installed on the stairs before the hardwood could be laid.  My hardwood design is complicated by varying widths and lengths of planks.  I was quite worried about how the stairs would come out with the addition of the subfloor and the complicated layout of the hardwood.  I was and continue to be thrilled with the results.

Garry was very patient when the flooring arrived and I realized that I had spec'd the wrong floor.  Obviously this threw his schedule off considerably.  But he and his crews reacted professionally and patiently.

I gladly recommend GB Custom floors.

"An excellent job.  Patrick helped me find samples of wood I like and we ended up using a handscraped walnut which has been both beautiful and durable.  We looked for our own tile at various local suppliers and had him install it in the kitchen and bathrooms.   We put in porcelain tile which is also terrific.
The job was professionally done and at a competitive price - what more can you ask for?

"The project went flawlessly. Jon and team showed up promptly every day and performed excellent work. He finished ahead of schedule and the pricing was fair. The best part of the project was the clear and consistent communication. I would definitely hire him again."

"I hired Perfect Floors to refinish my wood floors because the guy knew exactly what type of wood product was one my floor, what brand, what color, and was able to tell me that yes, it could be refinished. They started on time every day. They accommodated us, worked hard, kept us informed, and were nice and clean. The floors are so beautiful now. They did a great job."
