 I recently began having problems with existing water heater.   Went to Angie's List  and started looking for a plumber.   After reading reviews I selected 2 plumbing companies to discuss my issues.   3/19/16, I selected and sent emails to both companies, explaining the problem.   Within 10 Minutes I received a response from Zack Scabo, ALL WAYS PLUMBING.  Zack discussed the possible solutions.   3/20, sent email to Zack with Serial # and Model # of my water heater.  3/21, called Zack and made an appointment for him to come out on 3/22 and drain the heater  to see if that could remedy the problems.  Zack determined the cause of the problem and proceeded to research a replacement part.   Discovered the part was no longer available.   I decided it was not a good idea to delay the inevitable, and asked Zack to give me a cost for replacement of the water heater.   He ordered the new heater and came out on 3/25 and installed the new heater. 

I could not ask for more professional, honest and friendly service.   The new heater is working wonderfully.   I will certainly call ALL WAYS Plumbing with any plumbing needs in the future.

"We had No hot water….our old tankless died. They showed up before noon on a Monday, gave us a quote and started the new install 45 minutes later after picking up the new unit. Worked nonstop all day and our new tankless was operational by 6 PM. All the details were buttoned up and all the old heater, etc were hauled away. We were very pleased with the quick response."
