Comment: The main house was built in1930. The problem is with the newer 2 story addition. Not sure when it was added on. The addition has a concrete pad crawl space and on one side the board that supports the floor joists has almost rotted away. This has caused the floor in the living room to drop about 1-2 inches in one corner. The crawl space is easily accessible from the basement. The floor joists will need to be jacked up, the board replaced and then the floor joists lowered. The concrete looks ok. I believe this was caused by water damage over the years, as there are no gutters on the house.
