He even took photos of the problem and sent them to me. I was impressed that he didn't try to upsell me for more than what was required, not only for the roof leak, but for a small problem with my porch posts. I've heard many accounts of this company just throwing up flashing and tar over a problem area of a roof instead of taking off the bad old roof and fixing it the correct way. People please get MANY MANY quotes for MANY different companies and you will quickly see that Proctor is a rip-off artist."

On 5/5/25 Stellar scheduling called and full installation scheduled for 5/9/25, completed 1 day! The crew and project manager, Cisco, were fabulous to deal with on the install day and even after.
