"Customer Service was excellent from Adam of Painter1. He did everything he could to help us get what we wanted. He even changed the schedule when we, due to our own error, needed to choose a different color that originally chosen. Adam got the painters the special equipment they needed and even sent over an experienced painter to help them with some advice. The only problem I had was that the paint crew. Though as friendly and accommodating as they could be, it was obvious that they did not have much experience with professional exterior painting. With more experience and some apprenticeship with professional painters, I am sure they can reach a professional level if they stick to it. They did the best they could with the experience they had but for the price I had expected a crew of one or two very professional painters who could have finished in half the time. I would contact Painter1 next time I need painting done but would put in a requirement for the painter(s) to be experienced professionals."

They were willing to accommodate my schedule. project was completed ahead of schedule, under the quoted price. Jason was very easy to work with and had great customer service that exceeded my expectations.. Paint was done extremely well, and no spills on the stained trim and hardwood floors, nothing on the ceiling. He was very careful and didnâ t even leave a scratch. I am very satisfied with the job."

"I called because the gas was going off when I turned on the gas logs of the fireplace.  He came within the hour on a Saturday, explained and showed what the problem was and how it would be repaired.  He then returned the logs in a nice fashion and cleaned up all debris.  A very satisfactory result all around. <br />"
