"I could not be happier. They called me when they were on the way and showed up just minutes later. I agreed to the quote, and Don arranged for his crew to cut down the tree and remove the stump the same day. Don ended up coming back, as his crew was working on other items. He cut down the tree and put the pieces on the curb for pickup by the city. His crew came a bit later to grind down the stump and clean up. "They were on time, brought the right equipment to do the job, safety no climbing they used a bucket trunk, and a crane to lower trees. The wood was cut and stacked, the limbs and branchesin to a chipper and dump truck. Once the trees were down they took out the trunks. Clean up was great. All done timely and efficiently!"

"Birch tree service trimmed 5 trees, 6 bushes and totally cut down and ground out the stumps of 4 other trees.  They cut the trees into usable pieces of firewood for me.  Paul is very knowledgeable about what he does.  He and his crew did the work, were friendly and cleaned up like they'd never been at my house.  I did have to call him a couple of times to have him come and finish the last part of the job.  I hadn't paid him yet, so it didn't seem like a big deal.  I'd have given the company an 'A' if I didn't have to call.  So I'd recommend them with that qualification.
