Seriously, I sent a message on Angi's List, in hopes of finding a reputable and qualified individual/company who could help me with a problem, without taking me to the cleaners. After talking to a few companies, I decided to go with Louisiana Building Pros. Andy was professional, courteous, willing to work with my schedule, and provide me with a free consultation. Andy came out the very next day. He took his time, checked everything out thoroughly, gave me a couple of scenarios as to what the problem could be and how to remedy the problem, and then fixed the issue, at least temporarily, to get me through as long as possible. When the issue arose again, I decided to go with one of the scenarios presented and, I have to say, it was the best decision ever! I already have another job I want his company to complete. "Go somewhere else is all I have to say. We decided on Acadian windows as their sales team was the most knowledgeable of any group we quoted, unfortunately their installation team is not. They left our house a mess and did not complete the job properly. There was no quality control and acadian was resistant to come inspect their own work to be completed. The project in all took 5 months to complete when it was promised it would take 2 months due to Acadian "losing a window" further delaying other elements of our renovation. There was no apology or effort by acadian to make the delay or efforts right. I highly recommend a different contractor for your windows."
