Cleaned up nicely everything pretaining to the fence even cut down a Bush that was in the way that grew there over time. The owner does quality work he and his helper. The replacement of my fence is awesome. Love looking out my back now. Highly recommend his service. Professional in his line of work. Nice and courteous to his customer. The first attempt at restoring my patio with replacing the polymeric sand in all the joints didn't go as planned, largely in part of the rainy weather and perhaps some areas where the crew, in my opinion, could have done a better job. The job was paid it full but 2-3 days later, it was quite apparent that the entire job would need to be repeated from scratch. Whereas most other companies, particularly those were already paid in full, would have considered the job "done" and not listened to their client's concerns, Eric and his company DID listen and very promptly returned to the site to determine how to repeat the work with an outcome that was clean, great, and has already received compliments from neighbors and friends. "Great! Everyone from office staff to estimator to workman was very pleasant to work with. Had a problem gutter situation that many have tried to fix but they had a new idea that worked great. Actually sent guys out the day after the roof was done to tweak the gutter. Didn't quit until it was right! The guys showed up on roofing day right on time with a big crew. The shingle company hadn't put the shingles up on the roof because of the steep pitch, but they solved the problem by having a crew bring a lift while they were clearing the old shingles. They worked 12 hours on a very hot day so they could get it done in 1 day. Thorough cleanup. Nice guys; happy to have them working at my home. Roof looks great, & no leaks! Pricing was straightforward & very fair; I had multiple estimates."
