John takes his time to thoroughly go over the job, carefully going over potential issues and making sure he has all the necessary information. This same attention to detail is applied to both his preparation and cleanliness, as well as to the actual painting itself. He and his team of two people carefully moved and covered furniture within our den and foyer, and then set about patching and repairing a prior contractor debacle, whereby a roofing company had put hundreds of nail holes through our tongue and groove, exposed wood ceiling. He then painted and touched up the roof to the point where it looked as good as new. We were so happy with the job that we proceeded to have our kitchen ceiling done as well. Also I feel that I am being charged for things that should have been in the contract (like permits, inspections, and fixtures) They also cut into a sprinkler line and I had to pay $75.00 to have that fixed. ?They are too slow, they will leave me for days to work on other jobs. This is rental property that I can not rent out until the job finished."

"We hired Santana Woodwork to replace (2) kitchen cabinets. One that was breaking and one just needed to be smaller in order to accommodate a larger refrigerator. Since we have wood cabinets in good condition we didn’t want to replace all of the cabinets or have the wood covered over with a laminate. Our maple wood cabinets are 20 years old therefore; they have changed color over the years so this was a difficult task. Other companies said they would not be able to match the cabinets and we would need all new cabinets or put a laminate over them. Fernando was able to replace the cabinets and match the color perfectly. We saved thousands of dollars by not having to purchase all new cabinets. No one that has come over was able to tell which two cabinets have been replaced. We also had him put end panels on the cabinets and I don’t know how he was able to match the cabinet profile exactly like the cabinet doors, but he did. He’s very knowledgeable and a master of his craft along with being a very nice person. He always came the day he said he would be there and was on time. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing any type of woodwork and I will definitely hire him again for any future projects."
