"I called on a Monday to request a new garage door opener to be installed. The receptionist took my information and my request for a specific date of service. I was called the day before the service as a reminder and was given a time window for the technician to arrive. The technician arrived on time. He installed the door opener and it didn't take very long. He took our old door opener and cleaned up everything. It was a very quick and easy process. <br />"

"I called Overhead Door and they were extremely helpful. They told me what to look for to trouble shoot the problem and after all the connections and signals were checked, the problem was fixed. They stayed on the phone with me and walked me through it all. They helped me avoid the expense of a "call out" appointment.
