"The honesty. They could have told me anything about the oven or the dishwasher and I would have paid it. But they told me my dishwasher was on lock mode. Once they pressed that button and showed me what not to press, my dishwasher ran perfectly. Something is definitely wrong with my oven, the LED display. The 4 is light coloured and the two 0's are really bright. I was even told to use it until I couldn't see the numbers anymore and then fix it if I didn't want to spend the money now with the holidays coming. I told them I definitely want that fixed in case it goes out during the holidays.the guys were so polite and informative. Men tend to talk down to women but these guys were great. Will definitely provide their name to everybody I know."
