"Simpson’s plumbing specialist responded to my request to repair a leaking faucet within 24 hours. He recommended I contact Koehler for a warranty item and after receiving the parts, Kent returned and completed the work. His professionalism and timeliness were noticeable from start to finish. Excellent company!"

"had a mystery leak under my sink, Troy was able to find it immediately and it turned out to be a hole in the sprayer nozzle...I let him know I don't even use the sprayer and asked him rather than replace it could he just cap it off until I am ready to replace the whole faucet...he understood and was able to accommodate me and even made the repair aesthetically pleasing Overall I am very pleased with the work and the degree of professionalism ...looking forward to having them on my next plumbing project"

"The two people from J&M Services did an excellent job, were thorough and attentive to detail. We will definitely have them back again."

"parts charge is triple what Home Depot charges.Trip charge was also excessive. When it is an emergency repair they have you over a barrel."

"they are hardworkers always on time they follow through all the works that they have to finish and it's done well and in a timely manner, they're very nice and the owner is very knowledgable and has helped me make good decisions."

"the process and installation was seamless. we had the piping for a water softener already in place it was just a quick install for the Culligan installer.

"Advised there would be a hole in the wall that I would need to repair after replacing and installation. Wish I would have known that prior. Not sure if that is my negligence? Had to run to store as did not have all parts to finish. Advised I would get charged for that? Have not seen the bill for it however so maybe they realized it was their issue. All in all it was quick and we have a functional water faucet.
