"Fantastic. The majority of work was done in 3 days. Unbelievable!!! The plumbing under the house was a really tight squeeze and it was done to perfection. He had to come back twice for the dishwasher because the door wouldn't close. It turned out to be a manufacturer's defect and had nothing to do with him. Great customer service.
When I bought the house, a plumbing nightmare was discovered. Mismatched pipes under the house  with a heat lamp (surprise!) Of course there was no indication of possible plumbing problems from the prior owner. If we hadn't inspected under the house, we would have had a nightmare in the winter. The shower plumbing sprayed water out the backside into a closet. The washer hook up did not have appropriate venting and the dryer vent went into the floor and under the house through nothing but a tinfoil dryer vent. The barn pipes leaked and one had burst during the period of time the house was empty.
I had 3 bids on this job. One was $10,000 with caveats about possible extra charges. One was $6500 with caveats about extra charges. JM Plumbing said both those bids were too high and he would be more than happy to do it for $6200.

"After speaking with me, Tracy realized I was very upset about the situation, and had Rick call me to better understand my concerns and the facts of the situation.  I told him what had been done by the other company, and the information they gave me about the results of their inspection.  

Rick treated my concerns with great empathy and concern, and told me that in his experience the situation probably was not as dire as I thought.  He said he would have two of his folks come out the next morning to re-do the inspection and determine if a replacement was required.  Just speaking with him over the phone calmed my fears, and gave me the feeling that everything would turn out alright.  It was like talking with your big brother who you could always count on to take care of a difficult situation you found yourself in.  

It turned out the owner of the original company was at my house an hour after a call I made to them before contacting Aces Four.  They re-did the inspection and found, as Rick had surmised....that the line was fine, the dip in the line was minor, and they saw no issues that would require the line to be replaced.  

I will rely on Aces Four for my future plumbing, sewer, and water line needs from now on.  I thank Tracy and Rick for their concern and quick response to my situation.  They clearly care about their customers, and will do their utmost to provide outstanding services to anyone who calls them for help."

I felt the price was reasonable and pretty close to the price I thought it would cost. The job was done at the agreed upon estimate quote price, no additional cost after the fact. "Right before Thanksgiving we detected a leak from our upstairs toilet between our floors; and our dishwasher died. I contacted AWP through their web site; the response and scheduling were prompt. Vlad showed up on time, listened, understood the issue, explained what he was going to do then carefully fixed it. Later that day, the Home Depot crew came in to install our new dishwasher and could not complete the job. Vlad was back later that day - on a Friday - and took charge.
