Because we asked for a brand of stain (TCW)  that was not available locally, Jack found it in Hot Springs and brought a sample to paint on a small area for us to approve the color.  The crew was pleasant , did the work in a timely manner and put all the furniture, etc. back when they were done.  They responded promptly to a couple of small things that we noticed after that.  The only issue that I would caution others about is that the stain was sprayed onto the new deck which is next to a swimming pool.  The stain (which was oil based) got into the pool and has been a chore to remove.  This may not be so much of a problem with a water based stain. <br />"

"Contacted David Elliott, Owner, on 2/6/14 and he said he would send his partner out to my house to provide a free estimate. On 2/20/14 Kevin Hill, representing Signature Fence, arrived for the estimate. Hill gave me his card and his card said he was the Owner/Operator of Double H construction & Development.  I explained what I wanted done and between talking on his cell phone and walking around the yard, I think he was able to determine my needs. I had the feeling he was more interested in something else besides what I wanted done. On 2/18/2014, Hill sent me an estimate on the cost for doing what I wanted. His estimate was for $9,050, $4,000 more than my previous estimate. Needless to say I went with the lower bid. I wonder as to the reason that Signature Decks & Fences is listed on Angie's List and the Owner, David Elliott, sends someone from another company to my house. I was uncomfortable with my experience with Signature Decks & Fences. <br />"

Unfortunately my girlfriend crashed (Mis-judged) the back wall in the garage...The boys were spot on and did a great drywall repair..They were prompt, on time and just plain professional… They replaced the Base board, texture coated the repair and painted to match...Cant ever tell it happened… Thanks guys….
