"Mr. Tyson was punctual, friendly and professional. He thoroughly checked the faulty ice maker on my Frigidaire refrigerator and told me that it's design is very new and he recommended a factory-authorized Frigidaire repairman fix it. He apologized profusely, but I appreciate his integrity and willingness to admit he was uncomfortable working on something he was not familiar with. He also informed me that the problem would likely be covered under my homeowners warranty. He didn't charge me anything even though he was there for 30 minutes. If I ever need an appliance repaired in the future I will definitely call Jim Tyson. Note: He is a factory-authorized dealer for many brands and probably could have fixed most anything else on my Frigidaire, but it just so happens these new ice makers are tricky. <br />"
