"We had an ac unit put in two years ago. It never worked quite right. He came to check situation a couple times last summer - being it was a new unit - said to leave on auto/70 and should be fine. Still would not work correctly, hot days wouldn't work at all. This year was not working at all, only HOT air would come out. Once again came this summer, added more freon, stating there must be a leak somewhere. They couldn't find leak, told us we need to replace all the copper piping to fix the not even found leak. Wanted to charge insane amount money to fix a recent unit they installed that never worked in the first place! I tried calling the business a few times with not a single call back to speak with me. Thankfully i was forced to get it checked by someone else - it was an EASY fix! The flares were never tightened and there was a welded area that we were never told was done in first place. Do not trust this place; horrible customer service, unreliable, and afraid i was almost scammed!"

He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me my options. Within a short time Jake and Anthony joined and my new water heater was installed and working. No mess , no stress. They were amazing. "They installed a minisplit cooling system, with 3 exchanges June 2021. Since then it is not operating the way it should. In my bedroom with the door closed at night on cool at 70 degrees the humidity goes up to 80%. I wake up uncomfortable, change it from cool to dry mode. The humidity will go down into the 50% range but the temperature drops down to 62 or less! So in cool or dry mode I can't get a good nights sleep! They come and look at it and tell me everything is fine. I'm going to buy a window air conditioner tomorrow which seems insane because i spent $10,000 on this minisplit AC system!"
