"Exceptional work! We had Mike design our basement layout, and had a fantastic experience. Not only did we like the results, the contractors we sent the plans to said his design was some of the best they had seen (dimensions, completeness, etc). We opted to have Mike provide 3 initial designs, and paid extra for 3d renderings which were well worth the money to visualize the completed space. Our designs included a closet, exercise area, dining area, bedroom, office, bathroom, family room (with kitchenette), and a TV wall. I have zero regrets, and Mike was easy to work with, turned the designs around per our timeline, and provided all of the drawings needed to bid out the work. I would recommend him to anyone!"

"Design Q & A (Paul) was the catalyst for making decisions we had procrastinated on for years. He generated many alternative ideas and designs based on what we said we wanted and what he thought we might need, with numerous critical questions along the way. Also feedback on detail design choices and placement. Multiple design cycles. The designs we ended up with, while not actual blueprints, were detailed enough for professional remodelers to use. We moved a bedroom from upstairs to basement, doubled the upstairs bathroom size, grew the primary bedroom, added a walk-in closet, and repaired the basement flood damage. Many things we should have done long ago. Paul got us going to a better place."

The original fabric I selected ended up being discontinued, so Bob called and they had pulled some optional fabric options for me that were similar to what I had chosen they were extremely helpful. After bringing several swatches home, I finally chose an alternative. When the fabric come in, they called right away and came and picked up the furniture. The job was completed in less time than planned and delivered after hours. It looks beautiful. I couldn't be more pleased! I will use them again, given the opportunity and will recommend them to others."

"My grades say it all. It was a great experience from start to finish. When I called Debbie first time I gave her a few hours notice to get to the property. Her calendar was full but somehow she managed move things around to accommodate my needs. We had 2 appointments. First was initial consultation, then she came over once again and worked for about an hour with our samples (carpet, hw floor, back splash, etc) selecting the right colors. After that we walked through entire house and applied the color ID on every wall and corner so I could later explain to painters what to do. This is by far more complex project then 1 would think. I spent hours on SW color visualizer, went to the store to find out that samples I have chosen look very different on monitor. Debbie made this experience very positive. Money well spent, she is truly worth it. She also offers other services, and recommended some other credible contractors to us."

"The bar in my basement knotty pine rec room was not being used and to access the area behind the bar you had to stoop low to get thru the tiny bar door...very uncomfortable. The lighting in that room was also very dim and dated. I basically wanted an area to store items that were gathering in the room and cluttering it up. I was not looking for a big redo of the room. Rob and son took out the bar but were able to save some of the knotty pine from one wall behind the bar and use it to form the walls around the new door to the closet they built. Then they put up drywall for that removed wall in the closet. They removed cabinets that were behind the bar to give me more storage room for the bigger items I wanted to put in the closet. They moved an electric outlet that was in the back of the closet area and put it outside the closet so I can access it to plug in a TV. They installed a switch for a ceiling light already in the closet area so it was no longer operated by a string pull. They patched up 2 holes in the wall that had been cut out for stereo speakers with wood they removed from the bar. They also took out 3 old ceiling light fixtures and installed 8 canned dimmable lights in two zones to cover the whole room. They cut up any wood left from the bar, etc into pieces I can fit in my garbage can...least expensive way to get rid of it. They cleaned well when done. I am very happy with the work done and feel Rob got a good grip on what i hoped to accomplish. It was a relatively small job for him but I felt he cared a lot that I was happy and satisfied with how it turned out. The work took about 1 2/3 days to complete."

"OUR REPRESENTATIVE, DAWN, HELPED US TWEAK AN EXTERIOR 4-COLOR SCHEME THAT WE HAD ALREADY SELECTED FOR OUR HOUSE AND GARAGE. WE WEREN'T QUITE HAPPY WITH THE SELECTIONS THAT WE MADE ON OUR OWN, SO WE CALLED THE DESIGN DOCTORS TO COME OUT AND HELP US ADJUST IT. THE RESULT LOOKS GREAT AND WE'RE QUITE HAPPY WITH THE COLOR. IN ADDITION, WE WERE GIVEN A COUPON WHICH GIVES US A DISCOUNT ON PAINTS AT HIRSCHFIELD'S, WHICH HAS MORE THAN MADE UP FOR THE INITIAL $195 THAT WE PAID FOR THE CONSULTATION."
