He's replaced doors, windows and exterior trim work at our house in St. Paul. It's an old house so the projects can be more challenging than in a newer place. Ben has a lot of attention to detail and makes sure the job is done right. He has stayed late several times to ensure the project is done correctly. "Fantastic. I had another company there to remove and replace the laminate kitchen counter and old sink with a new granite kitchen counter and new sink. The kitchen counter people that were sent did not know how to remove a garbage disposal or reverse osmosis kitchen sink faucet but this company did in just a few minutes. This company and I went together to a large hardware store chain to shop together to get all the things we need for the list of repairs I had. They showed me the TYPES of items to pick out and I picked out the style I wanted. No other construction/cleaning company would go with the property owner and shop together but did. They did a lot of the work listed above in the just the first day. They did an EXCELLENT job, worked quick, knew what they were doing (they also removed the garbage disposal and water filter system better than the kitchen counter top company), and they did a lot of the work listed above in just the first day. I will use them for my own home and also my rental properties (apartment building, single family homes)."

"They did every window in the house in one day. The whole experience was fine and we didn't have any issues with the windows and they did a good job. One window in the bathroom had privacy glass, so it was a design on it that would let the light in but you couldn't see. They came out and we told them that it wasn't what we ordered. They got the right order and came back out and replaced it. That was a good deal for us and we didn't have any issues. The crew came out here and were going at such a good pace. I was helping them clean up the mess and then they would go onto the next one. I would save them time, but stayed into the evening to finish the job. They had them pre-measured, had them built, brought them out, popped out the old windows, and got the new ones slapped in. We haven't called them back for anything. We've been pretty happy with them and they've been a good product for us. We have a patio door that I tore apart. I painted it and rebuilt the wood portion of the frame. It's held up over the years, but at some point I would probably go back to Wellington because they custom built the windows and they all fitted with no issues."
