"It was a excellant service call. I highly recommend D& M Appliance Repair. I was concerned that my washing machine was broken,  because it seemed too loud to me during the spin cycle. Danny came and opened the top and bottom of machine and inspected everything that could be broken. When he opened up the machine. he taught me where most of the problem areas are if something was broken. I actually felt relief when he showed me and it looked fine. I do respect he was honest with me and didn't recommend replacing some unnecessary parts just to sell something. It was during the evening and he was very patient and didn't seem like in a rush to leave. I took a business card and will definitely use then for my other appliance needs. I definitely recommend them. "

"I needed the washer and dryer replaced at my momâ s home. I live about an hour away, depending on traffic. I posted on Angi and expected a 2 week process. Soon after posting Steve contacted me. He went over there right away and did a full review of the job with plenty of pics and video and the problems to be solved. It was started a few days later, including product orders, and done in a few hours. Steve shared picâ s that the job required clearing a path for the appliances, including temporary removal of a staircase handrail. After I gave mom a tour of the completed job she surprisingly said the staircase was now solid. she was planning on having it fixed but Steve did that. He over communicated so I always felt comfortable and confident since I was remote. I waited to post a review because things happen :) Later, mom called and said the exterior door that was temporarily removed was giving problems. Steve went there a few hours after and fixed it. It wasnâ t a problem due to his work. It was the old door lock needing attention. Great experience for me and most importantly, a great result for mom. Thanks Steve!"
