"I called the top two rated Angie's List companies in my area of Brooklyn and both responded. Topline quickly viewed my home and sent me a bid along with additional suggestions. I asked for and received another manufacturer's white vinyl shake siding and it was a perfect siding match (the original siding company is out of business). The second company was difficult to reach, but eventually responded, but with a bid a few hundred dollars more than Topline. "We noticed recently that our roof was leaking where water started dripping down the inside of the walls. We called to get an estimate & were scheduled quickly. On the day of the estimate, they said they could start working on the roof that day which we appreciated. They not only fixed the hole in the one area that was the result of the leak, but they also sealed the entire roof to prolong its life for an estimated 10-15 years, along with some gutter work. Since then it's rained a few times here, & our walls are not leaking anymore. On a side note to show their integrity & thoughtfulness: I recently had a medical procedure so we put a sign on the door not to ring our doorbell as I'm recovering. At one point during the day, they needed an outside electric outlet to continue their work (my house is very old & does not have one). Instead of ignoring the sign, they waited around an hour to get in contact with my husband over the phone, which I was extremely thankful for. Overall wonderful experience with this skilled, courteous, nice, professional company."
