"We called McVay Brothers because they were the biggest local name in Spokane for Windows, siding, and gutters. Quote came in at $3250 including tax. The crew showed up late on the date of installation, not one single gutter was installed correctly, 4 out of 5 gutters were installed with the gutter sloped away from the downspout and held anywhere from 1/4" to 1/2" of water in them, after 3 phone calls and a week later the repair crew showed up and got the gutters to flow correctly but they look like hell! My neighbor had the same amount of gutters installed for about 1/2 the price of McVay and they were installed correctly the first time, McVay did not care that this was all new construction, they did not offer any sort of a discount even though they punched over 120 holes in my brand new facia boards and did not seem to care at all about any damage they may have done to my house. The final bill showed up and it was $3375.00, 1 $125 more than quoted, BEWARE!!!!!!!!!"
