"Elite Piping Solutions is an amazing company. I wish I could give them a 6-star rating because they are truly exceptional! They were prompt, courteous, and efficient at every step of the process. They followed up on my query within a couple of hours, came to inspect exactly on the dot, did the research to get me the top-of-the-line replacement, and gave me a very competitive estimate. I independently verified the details, and everything was correct and accurate. The crew came when promised, did the installation well within the estimated time and left the place spotless. Not only that, but they also carefully took out parts of the system that could be re-used, neatly packaged, and left them in the basement for me. Other estimates I got were much higher, including extra charges for coming within a day. Another company would not or could not replace my system (which is top of the line) and added additional charges for "adjustments'! This company is the best!"

"My basement ejection pump burned out so I went on home advisor. Within two minutes Mr. Rooter call and Frank showed up an hour later he was very personable and told me he could replace it right away three hours later the job was done and I have my basement bathroom and laundry room up and running the price was well within what I expected and I should mention that this was on a Sunday. I would definitely recommend this company."

"We were quoted $140. for the job, which was a simple one. When the bill came in at $363. customer service was not able to tell us why. They agreed that the job was as described but could not itemize parts or labor or even tell me what the hourly labor rate was. The repair took 1/2 hour."

"I recently had a roof repair done, and I couldn?t be happier with the results. The team at dryshield arrived on time, were professional, and explained every step of the process in detail. They identified the issue quickly and provided multiple options before deciding on the best fix for my situation. The work was completed efficiently without causing any disruption to my daily life. They cleaned up thoroughly after finishing, and the materials used looked high quality. , and I?ve had no leaks or water damage since the repair. What impressed me most was their attention to detail ? They also offered a clear timeline and kept me updated throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or replacement. I plan to hire them again for future home improvement projects. Rating: ????? Recommendation: 100% ? I?ll definitely use them again"

"Did a good job removing and replacing sewer line from house to street-will finishing sidewalk repair in 2 weeks"

"Everything went well with the inspection, but there was no "tune-up" (whatever this was supposed to be). Employee was on time, as well as called 1/2 hour ahead to advise of his arrival time. He was courteous and professional. I certainly hope that my sump pumps continue to operate for several more years, but I would not hesitate to call this company if there is a problem.

"I called Water Works because one of my sump pumps stopped functioning. I called Water Works on a Tuesday and scheduled a technician to come for an estimate on Friday (kudos to Water Works for not charging a fee for the estimate like other companies I called prior to Water Works). Their technician Tom (professional and friendly) arrived on Friday and promptly diagnosed that the float switch on the sump pump was broken and the unit needed to be replaced. They were able to quickly get me onto their schedule for Monday to have the work completed. I received a courtesy call on Sunday confirming my scheduled appointment between 10am-12am. Their technician Steve arrived promptly at 10am I which inspected the sump pump and promptly got to work removing and installing the new unit. Steve was amazing he was extremely professional and explained all the work that he completed, and he was also very thorough testing the unit to ensure all was in working order. Steve took the extra time to point out some things I should keep an eye on to prevent further bigger issues down the road. Overall, I am extremely happy with Water Works and would highly recommend them to family and friends."
