"Jack did a great job stretching the carpets."

"Very much satisfied with job stretching carpets in my home. Also refered me to friend Chris to clean carpets. Good overall experience with no BS."

"Ricardo's team is very professional and experienced. Ricardo came as promised to do an estimate and told me that my unit is smaller than what i describe if excluding the bathroom etc. Therefore he priced the cost based on a smaller sqft, which gave me high confidence about his credibility. The work got done by schedule, and Ricardo sent me pictures on how everything is going. And the floor work was nicely done by the end, especially some uneven places are totally gone. Overall, the experience is pleasant, and I would highly recommend them for the floor refinishing work."

"It went very well.  It was fine.  They did a good job.  I just don’t feel that it was totally clean as it should be.  I had fine interactions with them.  The carpets look fine."

"Matt from rep-TILE Flooring & More did an outstanding job. He completed the project on time and within budget. Matt responded to all my phone calls quickly and was able to start our project on our schedule. I highly recommend Matt and rep-TILE Flooring & More."

"I was very impressed with this company. We had said when we scheduled the appointment that we absolutely positively needed the carpet installed within two days. We were on a very tight time table: closing on Tuesday afternoon, needed carpet installed on Weds, and then receive furniture from storage on Thursday. There was no room for error.
When the owner came to meet me the evening, right after we closed on the apartment (not Mike but his partner), he brought a selection of carpets that he said he had in stock and were available for installation the next day. All I had to do was say the word and he would be there at a specific time. If I have any complaint, it is that the selection was rather limited, but then again, beggars can't be choosers. So, I picked the color and quality we wanted. He measured. I wrote a check and told him I would tell him what time to come the next day.
Though there was a little confusion over who said what about the time of delivery (they showed up essentially before I had called to say I was ready), the installation went off without a hitch and it took a LONG time, too. I don't know if it had to do with the odor remediation or the install itself, but for whatever reason, the installers were there into the evening. Nonetheless , they did an awesome job and the carpet looks great.
I would totally use them again, though I hope this carpet lasts for a very long time. So far, I see no signs that it won't.

"We used Andrew for our carpet replacement at our home. He was very personable and professional. We got a great deal on a top notch installation. Great product and so easy to work with. We will absolutely use Andrew for more flooring needs in the future.

"While moving furniture we found about 5 square feet of carpet that was damp.  We called Healthy Way and they were able to send someone to provide an estimate the next business day in a two-hour window to meet our schedule.  After their representative investigated the area he said it was too small of project for their business, but provided advice and recommendations on what we could do ourselves to resolve the problem.
Good service and very helpful, even though they did not take the job.  I would call them again if I ever had a bigger project in the future.

"My husband & I were looking to totally transform our Family Room. We bought the house with existing carpet in the room & figured rather than just install a typical wood floor we would do something "different". Eric & Dave from Showcase both came out to measure the room & we all decided on this beautiful pattern called Chevron. It was a custom order which I was a bit worried about but they made the entire process go so smoothly. From the ordering of the wood, to the installation, the refinishing & finally to the last payment they made us feel like part of the Showcase family! We now have a beautiful room that we can "show off" to host parties & family gatherings in! We owe it all to Showcase Wood Floors who we would highly recommend to anyone looking for that personal touch when it comes to their hardwood floors!"
