"My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with National Home Improvements for a siding, window, and gutter home improvement project on our house. We were thrilled with the quality of work and the excellent customer service that was provided by the owner Ralph and his team. Right from the start, Ralph was very responsive to our needs and concerns. He listened to our suggestions and offered advice to ensure that the project was completed to our satisfaction. We were also impressed by his transparency and willingness to work with us on pricing, making sure that we stayed within our budget providing the most competitive pricing out of all the quotes we received. It's worth mentioning that out of the four contractors and three quotes we received for this project, National Home Improvements was the only contractor that consistently followed up and showed a genuine interest in the project. One contractor never got back to us with a quote after spending time with us discussing details of the project., which made our decision to work with Ralph and his team an easy one. One of the highlights of the project was working with Charles, who installed 17 windows along with trim in record time. He was efficient, detail-oriented, and a true professional in every sense of the word. We were amazed by his expertise and dedication to getting the job done right. We also had the pleasure of working with Luis and his siding team, who worked tirelessly from 8am to dark every day in the chilly New Jersey February weather. They were approachable and always willing to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Additionally, they made sure to clean up the site every day, which was a nice touch. One thing that really stood out to us was Luis's attention to detail. For example, we planned on reusing our existing shutters, Luis noticed that three pairs were too long for the windows, which would have looked odd if they had been installed as-is. Luis brought this to our attention, and we were able to reuse most of our existing shutters and replace the three pairs that were too long. We were grateful for Luis's sharp eye and expertise, as it saved us from making a mistake that would have marred the appearance of our home and bothered me every time I drove up the driveway. It was a stark contrast to a contractor we worked with previously who had installed these shutters that were too long and never mentioned it to us. I must also mention the exceptional work done by Bruno and the gutter installation team at National Home Improvements. The installation was completed in one day, and we hardly noticed the team was working because they were so quiet and efficient. We opted for 6-inch round gutters, which turned out to be a great decision. We recently had a big storm, and our new gutters performed perfectly. The old 4-inch gutters would have overflowed, causing possible damage to our home. In the interest of fairness and transparency, I must also mention an issue we had with an outside electrical receptacle that did not meet our expectations. Ralph immediately connected us with an electrician the same day to assess the situation. By the next day, a proper outside receptacle and weatherproof box were installed to our satisfaction. The electrician did a great job, and we were very pleased with the quick resolution of the issue. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the work that National Home Improvements has done on our home. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to work with us to ensure our satisfaction were truly second to none. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality home improvement services. We would work with them again in the future."

"Initial Estimate: We created quite a challenge for Kenny because we weren't sure of how many windows we wanted to replace nor were we sure which manufacturer we wanted to go with.  Ken granted our requests for several different estimates without complaint (whereas some other companies we were talking to could never get beyond the first couple of phone call. We might have been a bit over the top, but we were really trying to avoid the old buyers' remorse.

Estimate vs. Actual: The estimate was accurate to the dollar to the actual final cost of the job.  There was a slight cost overrun based on some work that was needed on the sill plate under one of the sliders, but the additional cost was more than fair given the work that was needed.  I totally appreciate the fact the Ken did not provide a "lowball" estimate just to secure the agreement, but rather he provided an honest assessment of the projected cost and allowed us to budget things out correctly.
Scheduling: The time frames that were specified in the contract were met exactly,  The start date and number of days needed for the work to be done were within the expected range.  With the exception of one rain day, the work was closed out when expected. Additional help was applied on the final day and at no cost to insure that the job would be completed on time 
The Work Crew: The team consisted of one "foreman" and two workers.  They were on time each day and took care of business.
The Work Itself:  We now have new windows.  They look great, there are no more outside noises bleeding through and the A/C has been kicking in less frequently. The existing siding had to be removed and shifted around but was put back into place perfectly. The trim work that needed to be done was outstanding, and this was one of our biggest concerns since we were not replacing our siding.  Interior sills needed to be cut to accommodate the new windows, but the crew prepared and sealed all windows to keep the interior of the house clean and clear of sawdust.

Cleanup: A Top provided a dumpster to haul away all of the debris, which there was plenty of.

"Just a note to all Angie's customers. if your on north west jersey and you need painting done call AAA. these guys were the best. timely ,professional and efficient. Not only did they do the painting but also put in a new shower and tub. The prices are very fair. My wife and I are completely satisfied with AAA. i usually dont write reviews but this was our best experience with a contractor. we're moving out of state and and i wanted to give them their do. we have at least one good thing to say about new jersey and thats AAA.

"We needed the roof ripped off down to the boards.  The contractor stated they had to change boards but all was included in my price.  They showed up on time as stated and with a big crew,that were knowledgeable.  The roof was ripped off quickly and they immediately got to reroofing.I walked around the house with the contractor and everything looked great and they did a greatjob cleaning up afterwards. The gutters look great as well, love the seamless look."
